About the event

Trinh Cong Son is a Vietnamese musician with wide international influence. He is referred to by the press and the international community as the “Bob Dylan of Vietnam” (BBC) and “The most beloved in Vietnam” (The Washington Post). His music also made a large impression on Japan. He was the first Vietnamese musician to have an album released in the Japanese market with many popular songs. These include “Diem xuat” and “Ca dao”. This album sold more than 2 million copies in Japan over the years. This is a testament to his success. Popular Japanese artists such as Tokiko Kato, Yoshimi Tendo and Aya Shimazu often translate and perform his songs. Some of his songs have been performed in “Kohaku Uta Gassen” A music program on New Year’s eve on a Japanese national Broadcaster in front of millions of viewers.

The program organized at Centa City – VSIP Bac Ninh will be held on July 18th 2020 and the music will start at 7PM. Trinh Cong Son music fans will have the opportunity to interact and participate in community music activities. All tickets to the music night will be distributed free of charge a week before the event. Some tickets will also be distributed on the night of the event.
