About the event

On the morning of March 21st, 2014 at Lawrence S. Ting Building in district 7, a press conference was held to commemorate the 13 year anniversary of Trinh Cong Son’s death. The program was organized by Trinh Cong Son’s family along with the company “Ltd. Development of Phu My Hunh”, “Youth Media Group” and “Le Bros Media Company”.

This year, Trinh Cong Son Music night was held on April 5th, 2014 at Ban Nguyet Lake in the Phy My Hung Urban Area in District 7. This event has historically done well with audiences of over 25 000 people in both 2012 and 2013. The main themes of this event were homeland and pride in the country. Several TCS songs were performed that day that aligned with these themes: Ta thay gi dem nay, Nguoi gia va em be, Phuc am buon, Nhu hon bi xanh and more.

The event was lucky to host many famous artists and singers such as Cam Van, Hong Nhung, Thanh Lam, Tung Duong, Duc Tuan, Tran Manh Tuan, Viet Thanh along with Trinh Cong Son’s sister Ca Trinh Vinh Trinh. Many young aspiring singers also got a chance to perform, singers such as Dinh Huong and Hoang Quyen. Singers from Vietnam’s Got Talent and The Voice kids also featured.
